cant talk to a real person

 

I want to delete my EA account, i go to the "contact us" button on the bottom of the "how to delete your account" forum page but i get stuck talking to the WORST AI assistant i have ever encountered and have no way of contacting a real person to delete my account. help plz thx

    Hey Lt2pr3cise​ it can be frustrating but generally the best thing to do with the bot is be as clear as possible.

    When you are unable to get to support, is it at the same part each time?

    Let me know and we will take it from there.
