Can't unlink my old EA account with my Steam

Question

I have my Steam account with Battlefield games series but I can't play these games because my old EA account stops working (my email box not receive any new messages since 2024). I have created two tickets to the Support Team (Cases #207611781 and #207611781) but my request was ignored. I want just to unlink my old EA account with my Steam.

How can I get the support and not to be ignored? I purchased these games and want to play!

Sekiri1​ Sadly I had to have EA support delete my EA account for it to be unlinked.

Hello everyone. I'm just asking to delete link between my old EA account and my Steam. I don't have access to my old EA account because of 2FA, my email is not working anymore. I created second EA account with the same email address as my Steam account. And asking about any support.

There is no online chat, support's closed my tickets and not writing any answers. How can I get normal support. I'm asking to delete the link between my old EA account and my Steam...
