Cant unlink steam

I dont know if im just being dumb but i go to unlink my steam account on the ea website and nothing happens. I put my code in for 2fa and verified everything but its not working. What  do i do?

I can, i tried unlinking from my phone and its still not working :/

    If you continue having issues with trying to unlink, I'd recommend contact Support, so they can take a look and maybe unlink the account manually from their side.
