Change account from teen to adult

Hello everyone, I want  to ask for help 'cause I created my account without realising that date of birth will matter that much. By the current account age, I will become 18 in 6 months, and I wouldn't mind being younger, but the issue is that I want to buy f1 25 iconic edition, while it is at a discount, but I can't, because of my account age. If I want to buy, I need to have a family member, so that sucks, because that starts to remind me of my "family link" era :( Can you please suggest how to change my date of birth so that I could buy the game or EA please update my account info (would be good that you could do it within 24 hours or less, the faster the better)
