i just want to change my email but a message that says
"We can't complete your request. Your email address could be invalid or you may have recently updated it."
the domain of the new email is @tutamail.com
i have access to the old email aswell

Thanks for explaining what's been happening when you've tried to update the email. Have you changed it on the EA account recently? That message can sometimes pop up if your email was updated within the last 30 days or so.

No I haven't changed my email ever since I created the account, this is the first time that I am trying to change the email and I am sure that my email is valid I already linked it to other accounts

Ok, thank you. It shouldn't be the 30-day limit then. Would the email have any special characters in it before the domain? Could you also double-check if there are any blank spaces included before or after the email?

There is no special characters before the domain there isn't even numbers just letters and I made sure there is no blank spaces included anywhere yet the problem still remains

I wonder if it's due to quantum-safe encryption that Tutamail uses?
