Changed name
I changed my gamer tag on my EA account but I still see my old username on the games, such as Battlefield. Do I need to do something else for my new name to show??

Hello! Since you didn't mention which platform you are playing on, please check the two main reasons why your name hasn't updated yet:If you are playing on Console (Xbox / PlayStation):The Cause: Battlefield displays your console profile name (Gamertag / PSN Online ID), not your EA ID.Things to check: Changing your name on ea.com will not change it in-game. Please verify your username and change it directly through Microsoft or Sony's account settings.If you are playing on PC (EA app / Steam):The Cause: Server synchronization delay (Propagation). After updating your EA ID, it takes some time for the new name to propagate across all game servers backend-wise. It does not always refresh instantly.Things to check: Try logging out of the EA app completely, clear the app cache (App Recovery > Clear Cache), restart your PC, and then log back in to force a profile re-sync.
Addendum: To check your account connection status: Go to ea.com, log in to your account settings, and check the "Connections" tab.
