Unable to connect on PS5
Hello,
I am unable to connect to any EA games on my PlayStation 5.
Affected games:
- Apex Legends
- Madden NFL 26
- EA Sports FC 26
Error:
- eadp::ServerError
- Error Code: 102122
Important details:
- The same EA account works correctly on my PS4.
- I can log into my EA account through a web browser without any issues.
- My PlayStation Network account is correctly linked to my EA account.
- Non-EA online games work normally on my PS5.
- PlayStation Store works normally.
Troubleshooting already performed:
- Reinstalled the games
- Restored licenses
- Cleared cache
- Rebuilt database
- Changed DNS settings
- Changed MTU settings
- Tested with mobile hotspot/tethering
- Created a completely new PS5 user
- Tested with a completely different PSN account
- Tested with a completely new EA account
- Factory reset / initialized the PS5
The issue still occurs on all EA games only on PS5.
When I launch Apex Legends, the game reaches the title screen. After pressing the X button to continue, I receive a message stating that a technical problem has occurred, and then the game returns to the title screen displaying eadp::ServerError (102122).
Could you please investigate whether there is an issue with EA account authentication or EADP services related to my PS5?

The error is an EA account linking issue and is generally temporaDentranyry .
Worth taking a look through that help article and see if there is anything else that pops out at you.
