Chat ea help

Your system is so messed up I sat for hours waiting for a chat when I went to check the time counting was gone no one was there and I see a chat transcript yet funny thing is it's for another day then the day I was waiting on.. is ea that messed up..  plus if I hit resume on my case it does nothing buy bring up a artical which had nothing to do with my issue at all
