Child Account

I can not connect my child's account to their ps account because it keeps counting me as the linked account under family management and will not let me even open up a trouble or claim ticket through EA's help site. I have removed him and added him back several times and it says the same thing over and over even though it shows that his account is in fact not linked. I can even add parental controls on his account and no where in any of the help forms or on the site is there any helpful info as well as no one that I can remotely speak to from EA to resolve this problem. WTH is going on over at EA?  How is there not a single area to receive support? No wonder you had to make a leveraged buy out of your company to the Saudi's. Would love to play BF6 with my child and yet even tho I own the game for some reason I am not able to give him access to it. WHAT ARE WE DOING HERE?
