Did you manage to get your issue sorted?
If not, then please make sure that you take a look at the help article for when an account is hacked
I know you have already looked at it but no harm going through it again and also ensuring that your email accounts are not compromised, as if this is the case then it is easy for a hacker to get into your account again.
All the info that you need to get back into your account is there and if you have issues, then you can open a case with our live support team.
If you are having issues with the bot routing you to support, then please make sure that you are as clear and concise as you can be. It's there to get you to the best support for your issue.
I know it's not what you want to hear but we on the forums are limited in what we can do for issues like this. We are not able to review your account with you or share any info around it.
If not getting emails from the team in reply or even confirmation of open cases then please ensure that your email settings are not blocking or restricting them. It can happen from time to time that your email is routing some emails to spam or junk for example.
