I've tried to replicate the issue you're seeing but I'm able to see the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of this guide:
If you're not seeing that button appear, could you give these steps a try:
- Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. Remember to close all your browser windows fully after you do this, then give it another shot.
- Test this out on a different browser. If you're using Google Chrome right now, why not give Firefox a whirl? Sometimes, a different browser can make all the difference.
- You could also give a clean boot a go. Here's a guide on how to do it: https://help.ea.com/en-in/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
- Switch up your device. If you're on your phone right now, try hopping on a PC or vice versa.
