How do I get a none chatbot replay in the ea support chat?

Hey e5cfe0e88261cb37​ contact options are dependent on a number of factors so it may not be possible to get the option you would prefer at certain times.

Hi Darko, I filled out a survey only Playtest that ran from Feb 21 - 27th. I had selected the BF6 PS5 version as my reward and I have yet to receive it. Can you please check and confirm if I am eligible for it and if yes when can I get it? I have also been getting generic responses from EA help. So it would be great if I could get a proper reply. 

Hey Adi0282​ we don't really allow hijacking of threads like this as we can consider it spam.

Rewards for Playtests are not something that we have any control of oversight over.

If you have filled in the form at the end of the test then it is best to give it some time for the team to respond.

Thank you for the reply. It wasn't my intention to hijack the thread. I also had the same issue as OP and I saw your reply and since you are a community manager I thought I could get some actual help here. 

No worries Adi0282​, we just call it out to stop it becoming a trend as it has happened where threads have been derailed due to this.

Sadly no. I didn't get any definitive reply other than the generic "rewards are processed by 1-2 business days after Playtest ends". 

I completed the survey and was allowed to select a game as reward, that's the only reason I wanted to know if I was eligible and mailed mailto:playtesting@ea.com to get help. 

The best thing to do Adi0282​ is to give it some time.

The numerous factors in play here can mean it takes a little time.

I think I was banned for having reWASD installed and the only exploit I know of with reWASD is to bind to a virtual controller for ximming. I don’t think I ever used a controller with the game, so it should be an easy unban.

I don’t know how to send such a ban appeal to EA and have a human that understands it act on it.

i was suspended on 2021 and it said my suspension would be lifted in a week and to this day im still not able to get in
