customer support is useless and incompetent

i wasted $75, 75GB and hours of my life on battlefield 6 only to find out my steam was linked to an EA account that i do not have access too, nor do i know the email. cool I'll just go to support and get it figured out, why is the entire customer support team Indians and why are they all slow and incompetent. I've had one elevate me to someone with better control or they where lying and just transferred me to there neighbor and then i had another say they don't have the ability to elevate, they for some reason can go through the database to located the account linked via steam, I'm no expert but most databases allow you to to search any table based of any word given.  so why can't this "senior account advisor" find an account in the database.

Every single agent I've delt with has less memory than a 8MB LLM they do not read 75% of what i say and just follow a list. I've basically been scammed
