Have you been in contact with the support team through live chat? If you don’t feel that live chat is able to help effectively, it may be worth trying this webform instead. In most cases, the support team will notify you by email after reviewing the case. If you’re unable to log in normally to submit the form, you can also try using ‘Continue as a guest’.
