delete account

I tried it roughly 9 months ago. It said back then someone will contact me, but the window never popped up.

Now it says someone will e-mail me soon. It was a month ago. What "soon" means?

Steam support did it after a few hours.

You used to be better. And my request is nothing fancy, I just want to delete this account.

EA’s account deletion process can be very slow. “Soon” in their system can mean weeks. Unlike Steam, EA doesn’t have an instant automated deletion—your request may sit in their queue until a support agent processes it. The only way to speed it up is to contact EA Help directly via chat or phone and reference your previous deletion request.
