Disabled account, Poor Customer Service, Very frustrated

I just bought Battlefield 6 for my son on his PS5 and as soon as the game was downloaded he tries to play it and immediately gets a notification screen (attached) saying that his account has been disabled due to a violation of EAs user agreement. I click the link to check his penalty history and it shows that he has no penalty history at all. I tried to contact customer service but the closest I could get was to submit an appeal that apparently could take up to 10 days for me to get a response. What the hell is going on here? I just spent $70 bucks on a video game that my son can’t even play because EA banned his account for no apparent reason at all and now I gotta wait and submit a claim to appeal something that he never did?!? This is ridiculous. And the fact that they don’t even provide a phone number so we can call someone for help is a down right shame. If anyone has any advice please let me know. I’ve tried resetting his password. That didn’t work. He’s upset. I’m upset. This is all bad.

    Darko thanks for the reply is but can you explain why when doing that all people get is an automated bot response Why does writing a letter get a human response?

    You must be aware of what i will politely describe as frustrations with BF6, especially the winter offensive debacle, do you have anywhere we can feed this back to people? Do the devs lurk here or not visit at all. It seem EA has a problem with customer relations, in the   age we are in customer service is key,

    Here's my complaints if you could pass to devs it would be great

    Hit detection

    Killed in cover

    Cheats

    Sound Issue footsteps etc

    Player names saying the will knife you allowed

    Weapons stats not reflected

    Just a few

    Still haven't gotten a response from EA about my account.  Is there ANY OTHER method of contacting them?  I either want to get it resolved and play the game, or I want my $70 back and I never play an EA game again.  But this "only contact by email and hope they respond" stuff is ABSOLUTE NONSENSE.

  • STILL WAITING FOR A GOSH DANG REPLY!! Its been 3 freaking weeks and I still can't play the game I paid $70 for and I am getting ABSOLUTELY ZERO help from EA.  This is RIDICULOUS!  They "BAN" my account, tell me in my profile that I have zero violations, and now all I can do is keep submitting appeals and get no response or talk to an AI chatbot that tells me my only option is to submit an appeal!?!  This is PATHETIC!
