Dissatisfied Customer service - my EA account's email doesn't exist anymore

I was trying to log into my old EA account which has all my saved data and in game purchases. I can't because the email used on that EA account is my dad's old work email which doesn't even exist anymore because that business is shut down. Any how, I have spoken to one of EA's Customer Support Advisors in which they took me through account verification protocols including providing transaction history with EA, Username, email address, IP address etc. I have done exactly that. I can still play on PS5 with this exact account but why on earth is it so difficult for EA to persist with helping instead of saying unfortunately we can't tell you the reason we cant log in due to security reasons. Its basically saying sorry we cant do anything.  Honestly ridiculous, not sure if it is untrained staff or lack of development in account recovery protocols but its infuriating when I literally own the account and denied any access to my EA profile page due to not being able to confirm through email verification I own the account when the email doesn't even exist!

Ubisoft had no problem getting me through to my first Ubisoft account when I was trying to merge its data to my new main account because I had the same issue back then, my old account was tied to the same email that didn't even exist anymore.

Grateful to have customer support exist but I'm not sure I can say EA is committed enough to helping with scenarios like this. Essentially for them it's we as a company need to prioritize other support cases because we don't want to follow through with your verification of account ownership because this matter. But its outright dismissal of a case that can be resolved. If Ubisoft did it why can't EA

    Hello NightBassThing,

If Support did the account verification by asking you the questions about the account, then you didn't answer all the questions correctly, which means Support cannot hand you access to the account.

Without the correct answers to the questions, it's not possible to regain access, and Support cannot actually tell you which questions you got wrong. However, you can contact Support again and answer the questions as often as possible to try and get the correct ones. Unfortunately, there is no way around that verification process.
