don't get my email/message for 2fa

I can't get my authentifacation code to get to play bf6 beta they can't send a message to my phone they can't send a mail to my adress and of course, support doesn't work   what should I do now ...

Hey there, if you're not getting verification codes, try resending the code. If that doesn’t work, make sure: 

  • your inbox isn’t full
  • you’ve checked the spam folder
  • you or your service provider haven’t blocked us
  • you’re logged in to the right EA Account.
  • If you’re logged in to a different EA Account, your codes might go to the wrong email.

If you’re still not getting your codes, look for a past email from ea@e.ea.com and allow images to be displayed. Then, resend the verification email.
