If you're seeing duplicate charges for a purchase, you may be able to check this page to see if that's a completely separate transaction. If that's appearing separately, you should be able to start the refund process using those steps as well.
If there's not a separate transaction showing up there, you can use the Contact us option at the bottom of the linked page to start a case so the support team can take a look.
