I am a computer engineer, so I don’t need help with recovering an email. That is NOT the issue here. The issue is that EA does not provide a proper way for users to update their email, even after full verification. I have already provided:
✔ Purchase details
✔ Invoice
✔ Steam ID
✔ Previous email
✔ Linked accounts
✔ IP address
✔ Even offered my passport
Yet, EA refuses to help and won’t even unlink my account from Steam.
Please stop trying to redirect the conversation. This isn’t about how I lost access to my email. This is about EA’s broken system that prevents players from recovering their accounts, even when they provide more than enough proof.
So again, if EA truly believes I cannot verify ownership, then why don’t they just unlink my account? Because their system makes no sense.
