EA account ban

Is there anyway I can get them to do a fourth investigation into my account ban, as I was banned for a username that I had for not even 4 hours and never loaded up a game with. They always reply with...

    Hi there. Unfortunately, ToS will not perform a 4th investigation. The ban will need to remain in place.

    It makes zero sense as to why they’re keeping it in place as I have not done anything inherently wrong.
