EA Account Ban

Came back from a 3 month break and lost access to my main EA account, I’ve tried resetting passwords and everything but still cannot access it, my main email used for the account keeps telling me that the appeal I’ve submitted has been declined but I can’t even get onto the EA Help page to even submit it. Tried recovering my account but nothing gets done. 

from what I’ve found I’m not the only person to have this happen to and it’s quiet saddening to see EA do everything but listen and help the players that have been heavily dedicated and supportive of their franchise and games…

 

Ive tried everything over the months and they’re absolutely pathetic to help, so far I’ve been phantom banned from contacting their EA Chat line on 2 seperate accounts cause they won’t listen.

    So you’re openly admitting you guys are okay with accounts being hacked and used against the owners  knowledge and wishes and the owner cops the punishment? 
    cause that’s what’s **bleep** happened

    And you don’t seem to understand, I’m getting emails about appeals being declined yet I MYSELF am not submitting them because I can’t get onto the web page to even submit one let alone access my account  WHICH MEANS whoever is using my account has been submitting the appeals for whatever reason

    You need to raise an appeal with our TOS team explaining the situation.

    I have tried that but because I cannot access my main account to deal with it they won’t accept anything else. 

    THATS the issue here, because I’m using this account to try and recover my original one, I’m told it cannot be done due to security reasons…it’s a never ending loop of the same cycle I’m put through
