Hi, I have a question about my sons EA account where it seems that the e-mail to the parent for verification is not sent at all. Have tried to change the password and that works, but all the time it get stuck in the verification code from the parent e-mail. The e-mail is correct but not sent. this was created via xbox in 2021. It seems impossible to get in contact with you to solve this problem in person EA_Lanna
