EA Account got a permanent ban

Hello. I've created a new EA Account a few days ago just for Battlefield and bought it on PS5. I was able to play for about two hours and got a permanent ban on my account. No reason, just that I violated the User Agreement!? Now I'm sitting here, bought the Phantom Edition, can't play and never will again if the ban is not lifted because I am not allowed to unlink my PS5 Account from EA. Anyone else with this problem? Could it be because I played with a Dualsense Edge? I don't have any hope in the support.
