EA account got hacked raised tickets but it wouldn't register as a ticket????
I got my EA account hacked, I realized that on 17th October I raised a ticket on a guest account which hilariously got a email response and a case number. However, I did not get connected to an "advisor" I left that tab running for 4 days on my pc. So I made an account on EA since the waiting screen did mention it will be "quicker" to connect to an advisor that way. Since then every time I open a ticket it don't even register as a ticket??
So how do I go about retrieving the account or should I just resort to pirating all EA games hereafter?
