ea account hacked
My ea account was hacked. All my links accounts was moved onto different ea accounts, and i am unable to link them back to my ea account. I need help and can provide proof that it is my account.
Hey kanjiletter,
Sorry to hear someone else had gotten into your account and unlinked your platform accounts. If you haven't already, please be sure to go through these security steps to help get your account back under your control. It might be worth securing your email and platform accounts as well.
After that, you'll need to get in touch with our support team to help recover the EA and platform accounts. An advisor will need to confirm your account ownership and discuss private account details before proceeding, which is something we can't help with here on the forums.
Let us know how it goes, thanks!
