EA ACCOUNT LINKING ISSUE

Unable to link new skate playtest because I included an old gamer tag from xbox 360 days. Would like the playtest be under the newer gamer tag so I can play. The game is already downloaded on my XBOX series S but since the gamer tags dont match the game wont let me go past the menu screen. 

any help?
