EA account seemingly deleted?

I have had the same account through my email for 10 years (I really only use it to play the sims). When trying to log in with the same email and password today, I was told my password didn’t match or...

    Hi grjojsohc5la​,

    I'm sorry to hear that. I'm not sure what might be happening with you EA account as it's outside of the help we can offer through the Forums, but something stood out to me from what you shared - you mentioned purchases.

    Were these purchases made through the EA app or Origin? Do you have Transaction ID's for those purchases? Or Game Codes?

    I think it could be helpful to share those details with the support when you're next in touch with them. If the issue was locating the account, those details may help them track it down.
