Hi there, I just tested the ticket creation flow here and it worked for me. The submit button seems to be working as intended. Can you please confirm the browser you're using and if you have any ad or pop-up blockers running?

I am having the same issue. I tried on 2 different browsers: Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

The button won't work for me either. What a weasley way for EA to not actual have help requests sent to them. I'd be willing to bet the submit button is purposely made to not work, and then users just give up.

Can confirm, it does not work at all.
EDIT: refreshing the page several times got it to work. Very strange.

I'm glad you got it to work, and thanks for sharing the steps that fixed it for you. If anyone else is experiencing this issue, please try using a different browser or clearing the browser's cache.

Please raise this issue to someone who can fix it. Allowing such an important function to remain non-working for some is incredibly subversive.

It doesn't work, please stop gaslighting everyone, customer service is non existent. I own like 40 EA titles for ps5, how can you call this customer support. Not only can I not submit a ticket on your official EA help website. But I have no ability to access multiple game modes because you no longer support them or you made it online access only and cut server support. You are selling shells of games that barely work and you should have to fix it or rebates to every single consumer.
