EA account update
I can't update my account to new email address as access to my older one is denied by my old broadband provider.

I have the exact same issue and EA Support continues to close my case without resolution along with an attached chat transcript to a support chat I was never invited to. So frustrating when you just want to update your email. There has to be a better way than submitting an issue, attempting to access a chat that indicates 100 - 200 minute queue.
