I’m having the exact same problem I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for the past four days and the same thing keeps happening. I only get an email when they supposedly started a chat and ended it. I can’t even answer them back before they end the chat or doesn’t even pop up on the ea.com. This is just a joke to them. I’m just gonna contest this to my bank as fraud at this point, I’m over it.
I’m thankful I haven’t preordered BF6. I simply wanted to try it with my friends and have since been met with this grotesque joke of support. I’m not spending another dime on any EA related game.
