EA child account linking eligibility (policy clarification)

Hello,

I’d like to request an official clarification on EA’s child account linking policy.

EA’s account system allows the creation of child accounts under a parent’s supervision.  
These accounts have an EA ID but no independent email or phone credentials.

My question is simple:
Can such EA child accounts be linked to games (for example EA SPORTS FC Mobile), or are they intentionally restricted from linking due to EA’s internal policy?

I’m not reporting a gameplay issue — this is a general question about account-level functionality and policy.

If this limitation is intentional, could EA please confirm it publicly or forward it to the team responsible for EA Account linking policies?
