EA Child Account mess

Hello,

My 12 year old son recently noticed a change in the account management of EA games. Plays F1 22 and FC 24.
I've created a child account on the PSN and linked it to my PSN account. When he starts F1 22 or FC 24, he's apparently logged on automatically with his PSN account and EA needs my verfication, so he enters my email address, the linked to my PSN account. But these mails never arrive in my mailbox, nor my spam.

Then I was wondering if this is because his PSN account isn't linked to an EA account. So I tried to create one, I can only create a child account with a user name but there is never an email address asked. This email address seems to be required when I want to link my son's EA account to my EA account.

Unless I'm missing something, we're kinda deadlocked here...

Any advices?
