Ea customer service sucks

It’s pathetic how they’re behaving as a company and refuse to actually give us proper human interaction when it comes to assistance and on the rare occasion you do get a person it’s usually copy and pasted **bleep** then that’s it. 

ive been trying to get into contact for hours now and keep getting the same message telling me there are no advisors available.

the very account im using right now got hacked and my email was changed, making me unable to do anything anymore. and i cant even get help from a human at that. i hope this company goes bankrupt

it’s pathetic to see how badly EA has fallen, use to regard them as better than most companies but now they’re way down on the list with the likes of Ubisoft and Activision

I have the same problem, I've been locked out of online gaming. Can't change my email, can't get ahold of anyone. The worst company. The money they make and they just **bleep** everyone
