EA Email account address

I find this process very frustrating and confusing. My email address (which I was a kid at the time, and used my sister’s email address) is old, almost 20 years ago. It is not used anymore and forgotten. I want to switch the email address, so it’s more up to date so I can receive information and news, if you will. Signing in prompts “verify email address” which is impossible, since the email address isn’t used anymore. To have a website that has “live chats”, which seems like a task itself that I cannot find, is frustrating and quite aggravating. I wish EA had a customer support number, to make any process easier and efficient to solve a problem such as this. I wish someone can help me
