For something like this dian_bossman123​, as annoying as it can be grabbing a DxDiag and sharing it with me will allow me to take a look at your system and see if there are any issues we can see.

A lot of these kind of issues are something that need to be troubleshoot which is generally a good thing as once your system meets the minimum specs for the game it should run.
