EA FC transfer ban

Hi Ea, I would just like to contact you as my account has faced a transfer ban in the last week that I have no idea how it has occurred.This has got to be a misunderstanding as I have been nothing but playing by rules, I have not transferred any coins into my account and I never will as I know consequences will follow. On 22/12/25 I packed 94 rated yohan cruyf and immediately sold him for 8 million coins, and since that I have faced a ban and are getting accused of transferring coins instead of playing by rules, which is why I want to appeal your decision and get my transfers back.
