MY STEAM ACCOUNT IS LINKED TO AN OLD AND DEACTIVATED EMAIL ACCOUNT!

I've tried customer support and even that wasn't helpful! 
I cannot unlink my steam account from my old email account that has my old EA account.

I'm using a different EA account that is my actual EA account but I cannot link my steam.

Please HELP!
Can EA please just completely deactivate the EA account that has my steam linked?!

I can provide the "email" that EA account has (THE EMAIL IS DEACTIVATED AND HAS BEEN FOR A LONG TIME, SO ANY CODES SENT TO IT OR ANY EMAILS SENT TO IT WILL REMAIN UNREAD BECAUSE I WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO IT).
I can provide my steam account as well to prove that it belongs to me.

I just want to play FC26, but after these issues I tried to get a refund from Steam, but Steam would not allow a refund and I have 0 minutes played!
