EA Help browser flashes/flickers

The browser flashes/flickers when browsing the EA Help website at (https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/) using the Chrome browser.

Hey LCZ0919​,

I haven't noticed it doing that on my Chrome browser. What part of it flashes, exactly?

Also, just to check, does it do that on other browsers or when you disable your browser extensions?
