All Games downgraded

I just looked at my EA library and noticed a load of notifications saying that games were removed from my library because my membership ended. 

My membership ended in 2024, you have just turned all of the "Premium" I paid extra for, into "Standard". ALL OF IT!

I went to chat with EA, got transferred to someone who kept going on about not being able to play the Sims with out an EA membership. When I asked to complain I got sent here, I looked through the forums and notice you send people to the same place that just sent me here.

You see how this looks? I describe an issue to a customer service rep where I have lost content that I paid for, she then tells me "tough, buy a membership", I ask to complain only to be told I can't, I have to go to a public forum, where I then find people being sent to the chat I came from, and when I look for an email address to complain to, there is no public facing complaints email.

Surely, this rep could see my purchase history and that the games I paid for aren't the games in my library?

It gets better, this isn't the first time this has happened, I purchased a physical copy of Battlefield 4 Premium, later purchased Play membership which I cancelled after a while, and then I was downgraded to standard but the person in chat actually fixed it and said that it would never happen again.

So what's the next step, how do I get back the things that I paid for that you removed?

After getting told to go through all of my emails and find each and every order or I wasn't cooperating then getting cut off, I finally got through to someone who looked at my account and resolved the issue. It was entirely my fault, which should've been pointed out by the first person I spoke to in the "games" chat. It took this person 2 seconds to look at my account and assure me that all was well, then they walked me through what was going. I think I spoke to 7 or so people and only 2 were actually willing to help.

I spent 24hrs getting 5 mins of quality service lol and if I wasn't such a noob, I wouldn't have needed that.. fml.. rage quit
