Penalty appeals are handled by the moderation team through the Penalty History process. Neither the support team nor the Community Managers can assist with the appeal itself.

If your appeal is already pending and there’s no option to add further information, please allow the team time to complete their review. Once the review is finished, you’ll receive the outcome by email.

If the original decision is upheld and you’re given the option to appeal again, you can submit another appeal and include any additional evidence you’d like the team to consider.
