Thank you for your reply. I understand that Community Managers cannot decide a penalty appeal. I am asking for help with the contact route and missing support emails.
The appeal was successfully submitted through Penalty History and is Pending. EA NextStep sends me back to that tool, while signed-in Chat with us routes display "This issue isn't supported by advisors". I have not received recent case-confirmation or outcome emails.
Is there a supported signed-in route for an Advisor to check whether the case is still in the moderation queue, whether any verification is outstanding, and whether case emails were sent or bounced? If the unavailable contact route needs a technical report, which team or channel should I use?
Please help me reach the appropriate team. I can provide case details privately if needed.
Community ManagerThat’s correct. EA Help Advisors also don’t have access to the details of your penalty appeal or the moderation team’s review, which is why the support flow is showing that this issue isn’t supported by Advisors.
If you didn’t include that information when you submitted the appeal, then unfortunately it can’t be added afterward.
If your appeal is showing as Pending in Penalty History, please allow the dedicated team time to complete their first review.
