EA ID Change
After speaking with EA support, I was asked to reach out to an EA Community Manager about changing my EA ID. I would like to change it to a nickname that I have used on dozens of different websites, but when I attempt to change it, I receive an error message: "Enter a valid EA ID". If I attempt to create a new EA account with this nickname, I receive a different error message: "EA ID contains a prohibited word or character". There is nothing prohibited, offensive, or proprietary about the nickname I am attempting to use. Please help.
