Not receiving email verification

This started with F1, and the last couple EA FC. I do not receive any email verifications. I cannot access any settings on my account without loading up my xbox and turning on an ea game. non of ea emails are blocked from my email. ive tried to open a case up with ea but it wants me to VERIFY MY EMAIL WITH A CODE. I DONT GET ANYTHING IN MY INBOX. Its so frustrating. Someone please help me please!!!

    Thanks for taking the time to explain the situation. It can definitely be frustrating to be unable to sign in or access your games due to a failed verification. 

    If you haven't already, please add ea@e.ea.com as a safe sender in your inbox settings. Do also locate an email from us and click 'Allow images to be displayed' before trying again. Some players found that sending an email to the EA email has helped as well. 

    After that, if the email verification still isn't coming in, I'm afraid you'll need to continue contacting our live support team to have them see what the issue might be, and to perhaps add a secondary email address. Unfortunately, we can't support account-related requests here on the forums, as we don't have the necessary tools or platform to discuss private account information. With that being said, feel free to include a link to this thread when you contact an advisor to give them a bit more context.
