EA ID Link to PSN Issue

Hi All,

I play my BF1 on PS4. I have issue with my EA ID linked to my old email account. I get below message:
Your accounts can’t be linked because your PlayStation™Network account "xxxxxx" already linked to your EA Account for "[edit: email address removed]. An EA Account can only be linked to one PlayStation™Network account in its lifetime.

Is there any solution to this? Best scenarios for me to have the email address changed that its link to my EA ID and not loose my progress.

I dont mind unlinking my email from this PSN account and loose my game progression as long I can link my new email address with my PSN account.

What other solutions do I have?
