EA ID mix up

When I went to log in today I forgot my password, so I reset it, then the app prompted me to create an EA ID, so I set it to the same as my brothers discord profile, (yoyeey) as we share the account....

Hey yoyeey​, 

I'm afraid we aren't able to support account-related requests here on the forums. To address having multiple EA Accounts, please follow the steps below: 

  1. Create a new email as a placeholder
  2. Log in to the yoyeey account and replace the email with the placeholder email: 
    Account Information > Email Address > Edit 
  3. Log in to the original account (beetaken 700) and change that email to your preferred one. 

Regarding the pack that's on the new account, you'll want to contact our support team and work with them to navigate that.
