Community ManagerAre you sure that it's not the case that you have multiple EA accounts Empirium_199and are looking at two different ones.
Where do you see the random numbers and where do you see the right username.

Just the one account - didnt use it for a while, came back and saw this.
if i login to EA online, the ID and gamertag while playing BF3-4-6 show that scrambled number. Managed to rename it yesterday to something else.
On the EA app, when i open my profile and click to edit, the nickname displayed is what my ID used to be.

Bit of an odd one Empirium_199, could be a caching issue so no harm just giving it some time to see what happens.
