Ea Javelin Anticheat error 94...

How to get rid of this thing? I've tried reinstalling, verifying, creating new user, disabling all apps, nothing works.

None of the stuff you mentioned helped, i've updated everything, reinstalled both game and anticheat many times, reinstalled steam, reinstalled EA app, nothing.
