Unable to link EA ID to Twitch

Hello Everyone, 

I'm probably not the only one with this issue, but for a few months now. I'm not able to link my ID to Twitch, since someone else is using this ID on his Twitch to get an unfair advantage on BF6 related Drops. I spent a few hours with EA Chat alone, not helping me or giving me a solution.

The problem is, the Email that is provided is not actually shown.

From the picture I'll upload you can see my issue with that. Without knowing the whole address EA can't take any action.

I hope the community can help, or maybe a mod from EA that can send this issue to a Tech.
