Ea Javelin Anticheat error 94...

How to get rid of this thing? I've tried reinstalling, verifying, creating new user, disabling all apps, nothing works.

i dont have access to my email for the ea acc connected to my steam
idk how long ago this was but i no longer have access to the email account and i can no longer unlink or anything, i can send proof its my steam acc and stuff but i no longer have access to the email...
